Catered Chalet Demlhof is a spacious and charming holiday home in the welcoming village of Finkenberg – the ideal base for a carefree ski holiday in the popular Zillertal 3000 ski area. The chalet spans four floors. On the top three floors, you'll find 12 comfortable bedrooms, including two quad rooms, one triple room, and nine double rooms. Each room comes with a private bathroom and toilet, and most also feature a recently renovated balcony with stunning mountain views.

The ground floor hosts the cosy living and dining area, where a generous breakfast is served each morning. After a day on the slopes of Finkenberg, Mayrhofen or Tux, you can look forward to a freshly prepared three-course dinner in the evening, served by your own chalet host (except on their day off). From the lounge, you’ll also have direct access to the south-facing terrace, where you can soak up the sun well into the afternoon.

Chalet Demlhof enjoys a peaceful yet central location in Finkenberg, within walking distance of the ski lifts and après-ski (such as the Laterndl Pub). Looking for more vibrant après-ski? The lively resort of Mayrhofen is just five minutes away and easily reached by bus or taxi.

In winter, Finkenberg transforms into a small but complete winter sports village. Thanks to its own gondola, you can reach the extensive slopes of the Zillertal 3000 ski area in just a few minutes, with access to Finkenberg, Mayrhofen, Tux, and Hintertux.
